TRI Coldwell Banker San Francisco real estate statistics – last week in review
Our office is kicking butt and taking names. During the summer we are normally on a slow down in sales, but this last week was phenomenal. SFResidence alone closed 4 deals this month and put a couple more into escrow. Things seem to be picking up for the San Francisco market as buyers see opportunity and sellers are becoming more realistic!See the report on our website.
